  2. Pray for the Turkish-Speaking Kurds in Turkey

Most Kurds in Turkey live in big cities, such as Istanbul, or in southeastern Turkey. The large number of Kurds in Turkey are seen by the government as a threat to stability, since the Kurds have long wanted their own country.

The Kurdish people, and most Muslim peoples, have only a partial understanding of who Jesus truly is. Pray the Lord will open eyes to see and believe.

Focused, sustained prayer is needed to prepare the hearts of the Kurds for the good news of Jesus, and also to help them become firmly established in the faith, not wavering.
